He worries that Guam, an island larger than the 10 mile square he is sitting on will "tip over" from overpopulation.
  Wonder if he noticed he is on one of the most overpopulated islands? Does he realize that Manhattan is an island?

Certainly not Bernice, you're just a representative of we the people and we know that our representatives lack reading comprehension skill anyway. Right? Seems that Americans should have study booths for every leader in DC where the individual leaders must be sequestered to READ and digest legislation with electrodes attached to vital areas to assure they READ before they pass any legislation.
